Generated Email - Reply to doesn't show up

Hello,

i have created a bot that generates an email with an attachment. I have set the “reply to” fiield, however the email address pointed in the “Reply to” doesnt show up and noreply@appsheet.com shows up instead.

Only a guess, but is the app deployed?

I noticed a few times that when I put reply to email address into " " as a formula then it appears. Maybe it will also work in your case. It is only my experience.

As @mateo said but also put in quote marks - “email”

Yes it is deployed, will try with " "

Strangely it acts like this when the email is sent to an external email outside our domain. If the email is sent interanlly to our own domain all seems to be fine.

There’s no obvious reason why this would be the case. Since all the emails originate from Appsheet. So your domain / gmail / hotmail / me.com etc are treated the same

I suspect your mailing list software is rewriting the Reply-To address.

We don’t use mailing list software. It is our Google Workspace subscrption with our domain.

in “reply to” we added a google group invoicing@cloudoffice.bg

Your mailing list:

This keeps happening afrer adding “” in the reply to field.

Any suggestions how we can fix this?

Don’t send the message to a mailing list, or talk to the mailing list administrator.

i am the admin and invocing@cloudoffice.bg is a google group. i have not made any midifications in this group.

It would have been best if we were able to use our own domain to send emails.
