Generate report with an action button

In this table i have Site Name and QR image for each Patrol Point. i wish to generate a report ( PDF OR EMAIL ) of all QR codes of the same site name.
is there a way to have an action that invokes a workflow to send the email with the pdf?

It sounds that your query is about how to send an on demand report with an action button and not necessarily about how to include QR code or other fields in the report.

I found a sample app named clicktosendemail. The action is used to change a cell count in order to invoke a flow, so that i understand, there is no direct way, but its ok. Thanks
