Gemini Pro 1.5 new model has a low RPM compared to Gemini Pro 1, which is 60 RPM.
Is there a way to increase this limit?

I believe the reasons for this is because Gemini Pro 1.5 is currently at preview state which is intended for testing purposes and not recommended for production use cases. I would suggest tuning in vertex ai gen ai release notes for updates here : https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/generative-ai/docs/release-notes or latest vertex ai logs.
