We are hitting the agent creation quota in Gemini Enterprise and unable
to create new user-defined agents via the console.

Only 1 managed agent (deep_research) exists. No user-created agents.
Error: Agent creation quota exceeded (RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED)
We are testing the agent sharing/approval workflow (BatchCreateAgentIamProposals)
and need to create custom agents to validate the flow.
Could someone from the product team advise on how to increase the agent
creation quota, or is there a support channel for this?
