I’ve developed an application that I’d like to market to my customers, but to do this I absolutely need to ensure that the data is in Europe in order to be GDPR compliant.
I’ve already tried all the existing tutorials and I’m currently in contact with Appsheet support but nothing is working.
I’ve already tried the solution on the link below. But I don’t have the list of regions displayed when copying.
Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, what should I do?
I’ve already contacted Appsheet support dozens of times, and I’ve been redirected to Google Workspace, and also to Google Cloud. They keep passing the quid and I can’t get anywhere.
In fact, I’d like the address of my app to be: ‘https://eu.appsheet.com’ but the option mentioned in the tutorial isn’t displayed for me. When I copy my application, I don’t have the choice of region to switch the data to so that it ends up in Europe.
Do you have any contacts because support has definitely stopped replying to me for the last 1 month. It’s as if they’re sweeping the problem under the carpet and waiting for me to get fed up.

I do not have any contacts. In my experience, Support frequently abandons tickets that are inconvenient. Support is an afterthought and very lightly managed, it seems to me. If you haven’t already done so, consider researching AppSheet competitors.
