Hello Community Managers,
I am requesting assistance with a stalled Google Business Profile (GBP) API application for Basic Access.
My application was submitted over 14 days ago, which is outside the standard 7-10 business day review window. It appears to be stuck in a compliance queue limbo, and I have not received any confirmation, rejection, or follow-up email communication.

- My Google Cloud Console Quotas page shows that baseline quotas (like Create Location and SearchGoogleLocation) are provisioned.
- However, my critical “Requests per minute” quota is strictly locked at 0. Because of this, my project remains completely non-functional.
- I never received an automated email with a Case ID, which suggests the application may have hit a submission routing error.
Could a Google Community Manager please escalate my project details directly to the GBP API Engineering / Compliance queue to manually unlock this 0 RPM restriction?
I have attached a screenshot of my current Quota dashboard as proof of the stuck status.
