Getting

Unknown username and password combination.

while checking ui logs found the error message "Gateway authentication failed for user error "

all server are up and running,

Provide more details:

  • version of Apigee

  • is this apigee-ui you talking about(logs) or other? - you created topic in drupal section

  • openldap running?

  • you able to do simple queries to management server, like curl -v http://localhost:8080/v1/o/{yourorg} -u email:password with user that defined on the portal?

  • you have regular openldap auth sheme or you connected to other IDP?

  • you have other users that able to login?

basically, error states that your creds not accepted by management server
