Well, if it’s of use for anyone, appscript is currently down since a few hours, millions of customers are impacted. (26 feb 2024).
If you use any scripts in your apps, this is the reason they do not work currently.

So scripts executions works again, but the editor seems unstable
Down in France too. Sometimes you get access but then fails again

GAS is currently working in unstable conditions in the Dominican Republic.
Same here in USA for me, the menu for opening my sidebar on sheets won’t show up. Now I have to do things manually, ugh!
