GA4/Firebase BigQuery export missing most events for July 27–29 despite continuous Blaze billing

Hi community,

We are investigating severely reduced event counts in our native GA4/Firebase BigQuery daily export for July 27–29, 2026.

During our investigation on August 6, the daily tables contained:

Event date Rows
July 27 15,269
July 28 51,997
July 29 315,403
July 30 14,973,075

These are historical query results, not a fresh check. July 30 is provided for comparison; we have not independently verified its completeness.

The dataset is in the US region. Daily and streaming exports were enabled when checked, with both Android and iOS apps included.

Firebase Support has confirmed that our project has always been on the Blaze plan and had no billing-status issues. Their earlier explanation involving a Sandbox-to-Blaze upgrade therefore does not match our project history. The root cause remains unconfirmed.

Support also clarified that their previously suggested “manually trigger a transfer” workaround does not apply to this native raw-event export. They referred us to Google Cloud/BigQuery Support for further investigation.

Could someone advise:

  1. Which logs or quota metrics can identify why these daily exports were incomplete?
  2. Whether missing native GA4 raw events can still be recovered or reprocessed for these dates?
  3. Which team or escalation channel can investigate this across Analytics/Firebase and BigQuery?

We can provide project details and the Firebase support correspondence privately through an authorized Google support channel.

Thank you.
