So I have a format rule for each column, ISBLANK([that column]). It doesnt want to display the blue question mark. The columns are an ENUM with Yes and No as options. If I use AND(<>“yes”, <>“no”) the question mark shows like in column Tue. Why does ISBLANK not work?
