We are building a chatbot using Dialog Flow CX with Vertex Search Conversation for FAQ. This is a multi-tenant app. Accordingly, we have stored the faq for each customers in a cloud storage under separate folder.
bucket/tenant1/faq.html
bucket/tenant2/faq.html
Is there a way i can instruct Dialogflow to look ONLY in specific folder based on session context parameter?. $session.params.tenant=tenant1 ?
In other words, how to manage faq’s for multi-tenant based chatbot in dialogflow cx ?
