External Email Recipients

I am a Google Workspace customer with a small business trying to build in automation to streamline processes.

I am trying to automate a process flow and need to send emails externally to customers. What are the best options? Is there any way to make this happen withing AppSheet? I was so excited to get to develop this and now I am not sure if I even need it.

We can certainly help! Please go ahead and create an Exemption request so that we can get this processed.

Thank you for the follow up. I believe I submitted the Exemption request. I do not recall getting any sort of confirmation and there has been no contact since. Has this been enabled for my account or do I need to take further action?

I have verified that I can send emails to external domains.
