EventArc SLA

Hello,

I’m looking for any updates related to the EventArc SLA. We have a use case for it however I’m not seeing any update in terms of the SLA. I’d need an SLA for production use.

This was previously posted but it was 2 years ago and I’m not seeing any updates.

  1. Contact Google Cloud Support Directly: The best way to get clarity on the reliability and uptime guarantees for Eventarc is to open a support case with your Google Cloud support team. They may provide you any disclosable information about the matter if there’s any that’s already available, or any best steps forward.
  2. Review the General Google Cloud Terms of Service: While it’s not specific to Eventarc and it doesn’t offer a granular SLA for Eventarc, it provides context about Google’s overall approach to service reliability.

I understand the urgency of this situation. Opening a support case with Google Cloud is your best bet for getting the necessary information regarding Eventarc’s reliability guarantees for production use.
