Error in deployment for every proxy

Hi, what ever proxies I’m deploying in my org it’s always giving the below error. Please help me to resolve this. Thanks!

Error in deployment for environment test.

The revision is deployed and traffic can flow, but flow may be impaired. Call timed out; either server is down or server is not reachable

is it cloud or on-prem?

error indicates one or more of your runtime components [either router/mp] is not reachable

if on-prem and if you have access, try restarting your router/mp.

Alternatively, to see which component might be causing issue - check routerhost:8081/v1/servers/self/reachable and mphost:8082/v1/servers/self/reachable for all router and mp hosts

I’m using Apigee edge to deploy it. where can I see logs in it?

i think you are referring to cloud, in that case pls contact support https://pages.apigee.com/request-support-general.html

is this free org or a specific org for a customer?
