I was wondering : isn’t possible to apply the same rules for Alerts (on a tile) as for schedule delivery ? I’m talking about :
Run As Recipient (enabling the possibility to send the alert only if the user see the data).
Filtered Queries Alerts.

I agree that would be awesome. Unfortunately there is not. These are actually separate systems even if they seem similar in functionality. I have filed a Feature Request to bring this kind of parity to Alerting.

I recommend filing your own request as per these instructions. I should have been more clear that the FR I filed was in an internal board that cannot be made public.
