I would like to set up an integration between Jira and Looker to allow users of my company’s Looker dashboards to report an issue with the dashboard in question. Ideally, I would like to integrate a “Create Jira Issue” button into my dashboards so that users can notify our BI team of any difficulties they encounter with the dashboard they are viewing. Is this possible?

There’s not a built in connector that I know of, but we may be able to work something out depending on how Jira lets you create issues.
Can you create Jira issues via a URL? If so, this should be totally doable! You can set up a dynamic hyperlink in Looker.
Can you create Jira issues via an API call? That’ll be a lot trickier, but you can probably set up an action that sends the required metadata.
