Embed Dashboards - You are not authorized to view this page. 403 error

We are trying access looker dashboards from external application.

From external application, we navigate to looker dashboard which is landing page having 4 dashboards. we were able to access the dashboards for 2 clicks and 3rd click, we are running into error

we are getting You are not authorized to view this page. 403 error

Can you explain the issue further? You have four dashboards, and you can view two of them okay but you get an error on the third? What if you try to view the third directly?
