emails not reaching domains hosted on google

Emails from our domain omnidesigntech.com are not getting delivered to any domains hosted on Google workspace. It flags the error"gmail.com suspects your message is spam and rejected it."

We have all our DKIM and SPF records in place and still this has happened. I don’t have a contact point from google to talk with. Tried all my contacts and even people who have hosted their domains on google. All I heard is google support doesn’t know whom to talk to to get this blockage cleared. Can anyone guide me on this help us out? We are blocked to send a lot of customer enquiry responses or support emails because of this and it is a huge business loss. Please help and thanks in advance.

It is strange although you can always try to contact and ask at Contact Google Workspace support.
