Duplicating Actions after being saved

As of Today Aug 19th 2024 I am having a very strange error.

Every time I save some actions get duplicated.

is there a fix for this or is it just a temporary bug?

I sense that having a ton of open tickets on the same topic would be an unnecessary diversion of resources. One simple and easy-to-find announcement here, or better yet, on the editor itself, would really be appropriate right now

Apparently the bug has been fixed. Now you have to delete by hand. I have created an idea to be able to manage mass deletion. Visit Features Ideas.
