Customer by default has to pay to Google and has a billing account ID say X . Assume customer is interested in transferring billing to a Google Cloud indirect reseller.

Google Cloud Reseller onboards the customer to the distributor’s billing portal. In the process there is a parent billing account Y created whose sole control rests with the distributor plus there is a sub-account let’s call it Z created in the customer’s GCP portal

What happens to employees of the customer who have Billing Admin role on X billing account? Do they loose access?
