if I cache something in US-East, for example, would it be available on US-West ? Specifically L2 Cache ? Is it enabled by default & configurable on cloud ?

Hi @Anil Sagar , Yes by default.
In general, it is based on the replication factor of the cache keyspace + if your reads are from the same environment.
