Team, Is there a DNS Cache TTL set at apigeex runtime for the private DNS( cloud DNS setup through peering) for the target servers to connect? If yes, what is the TTL value? how frequently does the DNS Cache expire & look up happen via peering?

Yes the Apigee X side should observe the TTL that is associated with the entry in the entry returned by the DNS server. In other words, I would expect that Apigee would “do the right thing” with caching.
Are you seeing something different? If so you may need to file a ticket with Apigee support.
