Is there a way to hide or disable the search magnify glass in the header section?
I see the “Hide menu and search buttons” option but I would only like to hide the magnify glass.
No, currently that’s the only option.

Frustrated! The search feature is important and shouldn’t be included with hide menu and search! Feature Requests
I’m sure this has been requested before but really needs to be addressed ASAP. We need the ability to search within the app but also need the ability to hide the side menu - separate these please!!!

It would also be useful to enable per-view search button visibility.
