I’m trying to add a database I have in Digital Ocean to Appsheet but I always get the following error:
I tested the credentials of this database in MySQL Workbench and it works.
Is there any trick or something I should know to add the database to Appsheet?
In many database hosting services, for security purposes, you will need to whitelist the AppSheet servers - i.e. notify the hosting service that you intend to connect from AppSheet services and supply the server IP addresses you might be connecting from.
Where within the hosting provider you need to add this white-listed server IP’s may vary. You’ll need to check the hosting providers support for those details

I forgot to mention that I already added those IP’s and I can’t add the database.

Ok. Since you have SSL required, I assume you have a current valid SSL certificate installed at the hosting service end?
Try making SSL “not required” and see if you can connect that way.
I found the problem, to add digital ocean data you should add the host:port (yourdatabase-01-do-user-2313127-0.b.db.ondigitalocean.com:25060).
