Dialogflow CX Abandoned sessions calls

Hi,

I have a Dialogflow CX-Genesys Cloud integration for voice calls. The issue arises when a call is abruptly ended while in the bot. Since there is no end event, it is not possible to send the parameters of this call to Genesys.

We have seen that in some cases a webhook configured at strategic points in the conversation can be used, but in the absence of an end event as such, I understand that in abrupt hangs, we would also lose some data. Is that correct? Any suggestions?
