Developer portal User apps analytics, An error occurred while fetching data?

I have created some test applications on my apps page, trying to fetch app analytics data redirecting to app-details :

I see an error on the page " An error occured while fetching data" and report log messages says " Bad Request: GET https://api.enterprise.apigee.com/v1/o/tmobileb/environments/prod/stats/apps?timeRange=05%2F21%2F2017%2007%3A06~05%2F22%2F2017%2007%3A06&timeUnit=hour&sortby=total_response_time&sort=ASC&_optimized=js&select=total_response_time&filter=(developer%20eq%20’tmobileb%40%40%40H2T4R4m7ma5MdC7w’)&developer_app=app1"

Do a user need to get any access from Org at Edge?

@Harish Bompally , Make sure your developer portal is connected to Apigee Edge Org. See the settings in “admin/config/devconnect”.

Change the log level in the same page & see recent log messages “/admin/reports/dblog” to better understand what’s going on.
