My portal account (linked to my edge developer account) is frozen. It says it’s due to inactivity but I have definitely used it within last one month.
I am not sure who to approach for support now. This account was originally setup with the help of apigee support team (offline request via email if I recall it right). Unfortunately I can’t find any email ID to which this request could be made.
Exact error is:
(530 This site was frozen due to inactivity. To unfreeze the site, the site owner must visit dashboard.pantheon.io to visit the site’s dashboard).
@sanjeev kumar , Inconvenience is regretted. Trial Orgs are restricted to 30 days but It’s renewed based on Activity & API Traffic automatically. It might be the case that it’s frozen due to inactivity in API Traffic. Stay tuned, We will come back to you on this.
Check your Apigee Edge Account is active or not. If it’s not active, Unfortunately, you need to create a new account & request for new developer portal.
If Apigee Edge Account is active, please let us know.
Sandbox (Free Trial Org) sites that are over a year old that have not had code commits or other Git activity for 6 months are “frozen”. All requests to a frozen site will return a 530 Site Frozen error code, and the site’s Dashboard will be unavailable.
Thanks so much @Anil Sagar. It works. I definitely don’t use git for pushing my code but do use dev portal to play with “models”, provisioning flow etc. which I absolutely did a few weeks back. I use my apigee edge account almost every other day.
Follow up query: Since you talked about updates, I have always failed to understand update process for dev portal (for developer accounts only). Attaching a screenshot. It just allows to download the release notes. Nothing more. apigee/portal crendetial don’t work on https://dashboard.getpantheon.com/ to do anything via patheon.
@sanjeev kumar , Thank you for confirming same. My Bad, We have removed pantheon access for trial orgs. You can’t do git commits / release updates since trial orgs don’t have pantheon access. Post same on community if you see it again.
@Chris Novak , @Daniel Johnson Wha do you think about this scenario. Trial Orgs don’t have pantheon access, if no commits in 6 months accounts are frozen.
