Dev Branch Stuck in "Checking Status"

Last week, I created a new Look, and added it as an explore to an existing model. I validated the LookML, Committed, Deployed, and then utilized TFS/ADO to create the pull request to manage the Github (all standard procedures that I’ve been doing for over a year). The pull request was approved. Normally, once it’s approved, I’m able to go back to Looker and pull from production, and then life goes on. However, in this instance, I never got the orange “Pull from Production” button. Instead, it’s been in a stuck state of “Checking Status…”.

Nothing happens if I try to manually pull from production. Clicking on Deploy to Production results in an “Deploy failed. Internal sever error.” message. No one else in the company is experiencing this issue. What makes it so odd is that they were able to pull from production and see my new Look (and entry in the model); however, the new Look failed with an “Unable to find the model” error message. I also reverted the pull requests, everyone else can no longer see the Look or explore in the model, but I still see the screenshot below.

The one thing is that we’re still on Looker 23.10.75 (this is an on-prem install). Would upgrading to a more recent version help?

Any help is appreciated.
