Dear team, Is it enough to have, Plan Class: Public (pay per app), Subscription plan PUBLISHER to have white App?

What subscription plan is needed to distribute whitelabel apps through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store

You need at least 10 Secure “Pro” licenses or 1 Public “Publisher Pro” license.
