Datastream fails to start after fixing incorrect billing account

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble starting a Datastream .

Error message: "Failed to start. an internal error has occurred."

Root cause investigation: I found the billing account linked to the project was incorrect, and I've since corrected it. However, the Datastream still fails to start with the same internal error.

I don't have a paid support plan that allows filing technical support cases, so I'm hoping someone from the community or Google team can help point me in the right direction.

Any suggestions on what else to check (IAM permissions, API enablement, connection profiles, etc.) would be greatly appreciated!
