The page-level Control visibility option (conditional visibility via Group membership variables) has disappeared from our Data Studio Pro. The page menu in Report Pages now offers only “Hide in view mode”, a plain on/off toggle, so we can no longer restrict pages to specific groups.
- It worked until about October 7-8. We changed nothing in the reports or the subscription.
- Reproduces in a brand new blank report in the Pro project, so it’s not report-specific.
- Pro is active (2 licenses, PRO badge visible), and other Pro features still work, e.g. scheduled delivery to Google Chat and “Send now”.
- The docs (Add pages and report navigation, updated Oct 7) still describe Control visibility in this menu.
- Existing Group membership variables are still listed, but Edit, Duplicate and Remove are greyed out.
Has this feature been moved, changed or disabled? Is anyone else with Pro seeing this, and will existing group-based page visibility settings be kept when it returns?
