Hi, I am trying to import data from email hosted on GoDaddy currently for 1 user and it seems to be stuck. Please see the screenshot below. It is not moving at all.
How could I check or diagnose what’s going on? Any specific settings I could look at on the source and how?
I appreciate any help I can get to dig into what’s happening and how to resolve this.
Is the total project only to move 1 user? If so, it might be much simpler to use some basic tools like a PST download/upload approach, or an IMAP copy in a mail client?
However, you can often find the real “why” behind the stall by clicking View data import logs or checking the Status Report, if available. Look for specific error codes like 401 (Unauthorised) or Connection Timed Out.
