Data Collection & Store in Apigee: collect request headers & related URIs with Apigee proxies.

I’m currently actively searching Apigee documentation to find out if Apigee is technically capable of collecting request headers & related URIs with Apigee proxies & storing those data somewhere inside or outside of the Apigee.

I hope that someone from the great community already knows something about it & shares it with me & the community here.
