Our apps hosted on MSFT just randomly died while users were in them. Thought it was just us. That also explains why I canā€™t chat with support directlyā€¦

Iā€™m also having this issue. My apps are also hosted in Microsoft, using Sharepoint.

Not sure if this helps. I have an auto email app that shows at 12:46 PM today is exactly when it went down for meā€¦

FYI - When this happens in the past - I call Microsoft or look online at the outages. I could not find an outage AND I called Microsoft and it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I hung up.

FYI, at first sight, seems to work now when using SharePoint but not with OneDrive

I had to ā€œRegenerateā€ each data set that used Microsoft. That fixed it for me.
