Since December 16, 2025, neither our end users nor our team can access our Firebase Storage / Google Cloud Storage bucket. All Storage operations (viewing bucket/object metadata in GCS Console and uploading/downloading in the app) fail, which is causing paid users to churn and direct revenue loss.
