Creating scheduled report for upcoming visitors

Hi all,

After spending hours and hours, I still do not manage to use properly the template with a Start/End expression.

App is a pretty easy one, colleagues can just book in advance the visitors that will come to our department. We have a visit date, guest name and host name. Idea is to send on a regular basis (e.g. bi-monthly) the list of visitors for the coming next 2 weeks.

I have only one table where all visitors are booked then I have a slice (called “Visitors next 2 weeks”) on this table where I get the list filters on the visitors coming in the next 2 weeks.

Below you can see a screenshot form the template and then a screenshot from the email I receive. For whatever reason information repeats in cells.

On the scheduled event, “ForeachRowInTable” is not ticked and in the send email task, issue is the same if I select my slice or “no table” in the field “Table Name”.

Am running out of options and could not find solution online. Any help is more than welcome.

Remove “Visitors next 2 weeks” everywhere except in the initial Start expression itself. Otherwise, each time you’re returning the column’s entire list of values rather than just its single value for the current row iterated from the Start expression’s list of rows.
