Creating Custom Map (from .kml format)

Hi,

I am trying to create custom map with boundaries (from .kml format) I have converted it from .KML to GEOJSON and GEOJSON to TOPOJSON but there is no use. Boundaries are not showing properly.

could you guys help on this.
