Create a form that updates certain columns of existing data in another table

Hi

I’m creating a database for equipment specifications. Some of theses specifications gets updated once in a while and some stay fixed. However to avoid human error, I don’t want the employees to have the ability to edit/access every single input every time certain values of some columns needs to be updated.

I’m thinking is there a possible way to create a form, that the employee would come an specify what specifications to change, which row to change and when the form is submitted the original database table changes based on the form?

Yes you can do that. Either with the action “Execute an action on a set of rows” or with the Automation Bot.

Will it work with multiple columns?, I’ve only seen examples of changing just one column.
