Could you tell me that the server location of GCP services?

Could you tell me that the server location of GCP or it is not located in specific below 13 countries for Export Control?
I would like to know when I am using “global(non-regional)”.

Afghanistan, Central African Republic, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, The Republic of South Sudan, Somalia, or Syria.

Google Cloud and other companies that are based in the United States follow federal laws, like the US Embargoed Countries Policy. Quoting a text in a Google Workspace documentation[1]:
