Core Subscription via Google Workspace cannot access Help Chat

Hi,

I recently joined Google Workspace with a Business Standard subscription. The AppSheet admin console shows that I have an AppSheet Core subscription.

When I go to the help page through the AppSheet admin console, I can see the button to open the help chat, but when I click on it, I’m redirected back to the help page and the help chat button is gone. I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies but it has no effect.

I’m guessing there was some glitch, I just gave it a try myself and I was able to get in touch with a support agent.

Please let me know if you experience any further issue.

Have you tried with another device? Is the behavior the same?

I tried Microsoft Edge and got the same redirect issue where the button disappears after being redirected.

And I tried on my mobile device and the contact us button doesn’t even appear on the help page.

Maybe a stupid question, but when opening the help page, are you logged in with your Core account email? By any chance, are you logged in with another email address with the same device/browser at the same time? What happens if you try with the Incognito mode?

Not a stupid question! I just tried it again without incognito and it’s working now. Must have been a temporary bug last week that has since been resolved.
