I recently joined Google Workspace with a Business Standard subscription. The AppSheet admin console shows that I have an AppSheet Core subscription.
When I go to the help page through the AppSheet admin console, I can see the button to open the help chat, but when I click on it, I’m redirected back to the help page and the help chat button is gone. I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies but it has no effect.
Maybe a stupid question, but when opening the help page, are you logged in with your Core account email? By any chance, are you logged in with another email address with the same device/browser at the same time? What happens if you try with the Incognito mode?
Not a stupid question! I just tried it again without incognito and it’s working now. Must have been a temporary bug last week that has since been resolved.
