Conversational Insights Pricing

I have a couple of questions , not sure if this the correct place to ask, regarding the pricing under https://cloud.google.com/contact-center/insights/docs/pricing

  1. Insights Analysis ($2 per 100 conversations)
    Is this $2 charge for all features together (like sentiment, entities, highlights, silence detection..) regardless how many I turn on, or does each feature cost extra? For example, if I only use sentiment, is it still $2? And if I use all features, is it still just $2?

  2. Quality AI Agent Subscription ($50 per agent per month)
    If I have 100 different agent IDs in the conversations, does that mean I’ll be charged $50 × 100 per month?
    Also, what happens if I don’t include an agent ID or just fill with all dummy id in my conversation metadata—will I still be charged or maybe get charged by only 1 agent? or is this agent subscription something different, not relating to agent analytics, but for dashboard access for agent?
