Conversational Analytics – Shared Agent Not Appearing in List

After creating an agent, it appears on “Chat with your data — agents tab”. I can choose to chat and it works as expected.

However after sharing it with my colleague (add email).

  1. The agent does not appear in their list.
  2. I have to copy and send them the direct link before they can access and chat with the agent.
  3. They can’t see conversation history made with agent (access through direct link).

Is this a bug or expected experience?
