I’ve made a script to export customer support messages to a google sheet. I then uploaded the google sheet to conversational analytics to ask questions about the content of the messages. Whenever i ask the most simple questions it always gives no results (ø). I tried the same database with other AI services and they can read it perfectly.
How can I fix this issue?
