I’m encountering an issue with conditional formatting in Looker Studio. When I select “Add conditional formatting,” the “Value” button within the “Formatting rule” section is greyed out, and I’m unable to change it to other fields.
Am I the only one experiencing this? Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
It was working correctly last week. I’m experiencing this issue across all of my Looker Studio reports.
Odd, this seems to be working for me! Does this happen when you create a fresh report and try to apply conditional formatting there?
My settings are okay too. Could you share a screenshot of your settings in the “Formation” option?

I am experiencing the same issue as the poster so any help would be most appreciated.
I am trying to apply conditional formatting to a “scorecard”.
For reference my settings are as follows:
As you can see, it shows a greyed out “values” and I am unable to select any fields.
I’ve also tried creating a completely new report based on the same source file (a Google Sheet) but I am getting the same issue.
