Compute engine VM Instance , that should be used by multi user at same time

Hi guys,

i have a microsoft vm instance of compute engine,

i want to make it flexible so that it can be used by multiple users at same time

how to do this, the best way, to tacke this problem please answer

Multiple users can connect via RDP using IAP Desktop, this will allow Windows application that lets you manage multiple Remote Desktop.
