- Refresh the Page: Simply refreshing your Skill Boost dashboard can sometimes resolve temporary display glitches.
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Outdated browser data can interfere with website functionality. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then close and reopen your browser before logging back into Skill Boost.
- Log Out and Log In Again: This can force a fresh session and potentially update your progress.
- Try a Different Browser or Incognito/Private Mode: This helps determine if the issue is specific to your current browser or its extensions.1. Contact Google Cloud Skill Boost Support: Given that you’ve completed all courses and received individual badges, the most direct and reliable solution is to contact Google Cloud Skill Boost’s dedicated support team. They have the ability to access your account’s backend data, diagnose the specific synchronization issue, and manually update your certificate status.
