Completed Certificate Showing as Incomplete on Dashboard

Hello,

I have completed all 5 courses in the “Beginner: Google Cloud Data Analytics Certificate” pathway and have received the completion badges for each course, including Course 1 , 2

However, when I go to the main Skill Boost dashboard, Course 1 , 2 still appears as if I haven’t started it. Because of this, the overall certificate status also shows as incomplete, even though I’ve completed all modules.

Please help fix this issue or let me know whom I should contact to get it resolved. I’ve attached screenshots showing:

  • All five course badges
  • The dashboard showing Course 2 as not started

I completed all the courses, but they are still showing as pending. I received individual badges, but I did not get the final certificate. Please help.

You may try the following workarounds to help you resolve your issue:

  1. Perform Basic Troubleshooting (If not already done):
  2. Refresh the Page: Simply refreshing your Skill Boost dashboard can sometimes resolve temporary display glitches.
  3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Outdated browser data can interfere with website functionality. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then close and reopen your browser before logging back into Skill Boost.
  4. Log Out and Log In Again: This can force a fresh session and potentially update your progress.
  5. Try a Different Browser or Incognito/Private Mode: This helps determine if the issue is specific to your current browser or its extensions.1. Contact Google Cloud Skill Boost Support: Given that you’ve completed all courses and received individual badges, the most direct and reliable solution is to contact Google Cloud Skill Boost’s dedicated support team. They have the ability to access your account’s backend data, diagnose the specific synchronization issue, and manually update your certificate status.

I got the same issue, i completed my course 1 and earned a badge.
However, when I go to the main Skill Boost dashboard, Course 1 still appears as if i haven’t completed it.

I have exactly same issue which is really frustrating. Anyone managed to get this fixed ?

It sounds like a sync issue between your course progress and the main Skill Boost dashboard. Try clearing your browser cache or logging out and back in first. If it still shows incomplete, you can contact Google Cloud Skill Boost support directly via the “Help” or “Contact Us” option at the bottom of the Skill Boost site — include your Qwiklabs/Skill Boost ID and the screenshots you mentioned. They can manually verify and update your certificate status.
