How to format the text colour ( Column Values ), but I don’t want to format column names.
Could you update if you want to format headings or column values? The column values are easily formatted by the format rules.
One cannot apply format rules to column headings.

I am sorry I do not understand. Could you share example? Do you wish to have column values formatted under certain conditions? If so please elaborate on the conditions you have in mind.
Phase 1 : I expect the same what is in the detailed view.
Phase 2 : If Status completed - Green Color, Pending - Red Color ( Only for Specific Columns - Status)
Please select all columns ( or the columns that you want to format with red and green colors ) in format rule setting and the expression for the two format rules can be
Format rule “Status-Red”
[Status]=“Pending”
and select text color setting as re, something like below
Please create another format rule similarly for [Status]=“Completed” with green as text color.
I have a feeling that you are still wanting something different that you may want to elaborate properly to offer a correct suggestion.
