Has anyone figured out the secret to collecting email addresses using an IVR enabled bot in DIalogflow CX? My flow gets stuck at the collect email page and the agent just repeats over-and-over again “what is your email address?”
I am open to any suggestions!

It’s working fine with chat. But with voice call it got stuck on email question and keeps repeating. Not working on simulator. I have tried with real call also.

Any update about this ? Voice agent is not picking email correctly. Any solution for this ?

I’m also interested in the solution to this issue.
I think the generator should resolve this issue if we are giving a proper prompt which is extracting the email address and return as a parameter. Any thoughts on this?
