Does cloud SQL support mysql version upgrade from 5.7 to 8.0 ?
As I cannot see any solution OR do i need to create the new SQL machine running for MySQL 8.0 version and import my DB from old instance to new instance.
Anyone clear my doubts

technically yes, you can. Creator will ask you about InstanceID, provide instance name.

Yeah I found these steps later after posting this question, So, I need to upgrade all instances individually whether it’s a master or a replica, And can you tell me how much time it will take if the DB size inside is around 20GB

Tbh I have no idea. I’m not able tbh to estimate this ( ergo never measured this
